提出了一种新的快速有效的低分辨率SAR图像自动道路提取算法。算法使用道路特征检测算子检测道路边缘,利用一系列模板进行边缘像素的标定和短线段的连接,最后使用动态规划技术进行道路曲线段的连接。使用低分辨RadarSat SAR图像进行实验,实验结果证明了该算法的有效性。

A fast and efficient algorithm of automatic extraction of roads from low resolution SAR images is described here.First,a road feature detector is applied to the images to obtain the edges of roads.Then a series of templates is used for labeling the edge pixels and linking the short lines.Finally by the dynamic programming technique,the gaps between the curves of candidate roads are connected.Low-resolution SAR images of RadarSat are used to illustrate our method,and the performance is satisfactory.
