方向滤波抗混叠的低冗余图像多尺度变换

摘 要
目的 为了兼顾图像变换的低冗余性和方向滤波时抗频谱混叠特性,设计一种新型基于抗混叠方向滤波的低冗余图像多尺度变换。方法 该变换由小波级联频域方向滤波器组组成。由于频域内构造的方向滤波器的频谱支撑满足紧支撑性,因此滤波后形成的图像方向子带之间不会存在频谱混叠现象,并且根据其特点采用一种新颖的降采样方式,使得各个方向子带在降采样操作后仍具有平移不变性。结果 该变换可有效降低冗余,同时能够消除因移变性导致的频谱混叠现象,提高了方向滤波器组的方向选择性。结论 仿真实验结果表明,新型图像多尺度变换在图像稀疏表示、压缩等领域均获得良好效果。

Abstract
Objective To reduce redundancy and generate anti-aliasing subbands, we design a low redundant image multiscale transform with new anti-aliasing direction filtering. Method The new transform combines wavelet with frequency directional filter banks. The directional filter bank has compact support in frequency domain. The filtered directional subbands lack the spectrum aliasing phenomenon. A novel decimation method is adopted to make the decimated directional subbands with shift invariance avoid the aliasing. Result The new transform can reduce redundancy efficiently and improve the direction selectivity of directional filter banks. Conclusion The simulation results show that, in sparse representation, compression and other fields, the novel image multiscale transform achieves good results.
